Employee Communications Work Samples

Changemaker Interview Series

I produced the Changemaker Interview Series to promote the then CEO of Change.org. I coordinated the entire series, which included sourcing interviewees, pre-interviews, CEO coaching, design and marketing, and webinar coordination.

Corporate Values Relaunch

I led the communications launch of Change.org's Operating Principles, as well as the final pieces of co-creation that included collectively defining the behaviors of the Operating Principles via interactive staff workshops. The project was a resounding success, as the organization references the Operating Principles regularly in daily conversation. I also helped embed the OPs across the employee lifecycle (prospective employees via Careers @ Change.org, new employee onboarding, employee engagement surveys, recognition programs and within performance management).

Huddle Intranet Launch

This presentation, which I presented at an Interact customer event and that I was asked to present at a IABC webinar, showcases the cross-functional intranet launch I led in late 2020. I led a team that sourced, rebranded and migrated Indeed's new employee intranet in under six months during a pandemic. (Here is the launch video that should play on Slide 21.)

Indeed's 15th Anniversary

To commemorate Indeed’s 15th anniversary, I developed an innovative communications and employee engagement plan using a multi-media, multi-channel approach. The goal was to provide a surround-sound experience to excite and inspire Indeedians to look forward to the next 15 years, educate employees on company history, and show how far the company had come. A complementary communications goal was to increase engagement with our new intranet.
